Batching Transactions
Batching your Transactions (also called Settling your transactions):
You need to batch your transactions once per day-at least once every 24 hours. Batching is how the funds get moved from the cardholder's account to your checking account. After you batch your transactions, the funds will be deposited into your checking account in 2-3 business days. If you do not have any successful transactions, then you do not need to batch.
Instructions to Batch your Transactions:
Log into your Transaction Center and click on "Assemble/Submit Batch Settlement".
Click on "Begin Search". (You do not have to fill in any of the search criteria.)
You will now see your transactions on the page.
Put a checkmark in the "Settle" column next to each transaction that you want to include in the batch.
Click the "Settle Batch" button on the bottom of the page.
